The School of Physical, Environmental and Mathematical Sciences at the UNSW@ADFA in conjunction with the Sino- Australian Research Centre for Coastal Management is looking for a research associate in regional coastal oceanography. The applicant will be responsible for the development and implementation of a regional coastal ocean forecasting system (COFS) along the coast of south eastern Australia based on larger scale observing and forecasting system such as IMOS, BlueLink and Wavewatch III. A PhD in physical oceanography, ocean modelling, or operational oceanography, or related field is required. Salary: Level A: $58,300 - $77,733pa + super
