Hurricane Tomas landed in Haiti's crowded camps for earthquake survivors, triggering flooding that killed at least seven people. It spared Haiti the worst of its fury even as its residents struggle to recover from the flooding and there is an increased concerns that the deluge of rain could help spread cholera.
